Justin Berardi is a Creative Director, Producer & Writer based in California.

He was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where his love for exploration, athletics, the outdoors and movies all began.  Whether it's talking up the city's hidden gems or producing content for a global audience, he's always at-the-ready to champion his hometown.

Berardi has worked in the Los Angeles entertainment industry for over 10 years.  He studied Psychology at Dartmouth College before moving into film, and it's that sensitivity to and fascination with the human psyche and behavior that underscores much of his work. 

An opportunity through the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences took Berardi to Hollywood right after college, and since then his career has brought him to Walt Disney Studios, GK Films, SHFT.COM, Visual Icon, Halo Neuroscience and more.  While his experience spans development, production, marketing, advertising, branding and PR, his passion is creating culturally-relevant content and telling meaningful stories with depth.

THE RUNNER is Justin Berardi’s directorial debut and was shot on-location in his hometown of Buffalo, NY with outstanding support from both the creative community and the city at-large.
